Mr Chandrakant Shah (Chairman)

A dynamic leader with experience in the trading industry since 1975, Mr. Chandrakant Shah pioneered the Mahalaxmi Group with the inception of the Mahalaxmi Dyes & Chemical Ltd. Moreover he has consistently proved his mettle as an acute business man by diversifying into fields like Paper, Building Material, Portfolio Management, Financial Services and Real Estate Development. Recently under his guidance the Group has signed an MOU with the Gujarat Government for a Rs 600 Crore Infrastructure project.

His vision and tenacity has lead the Group to scale new heights established by the numerous awards the Group has received from many institutions.

Furthermore he has also spearheaded many social initiatives and has been consistently giving back to the community by involving himself and the Group with various causes.

Mr Chandrakant Shah is keenly associated with the following organizations and social initiatives.

Mr. Chittal Shah (Director Chemical Division)

Mr. Chittal Shah is a Harvard University alumnus and has been gaining tremendous expertise in the Chemical & Paper trading industry since 1997. With an MBA degree from the world’s leading management school up his sleeve he is credited with the Group’s meteoric rise in his respective business verticals and has a plethora of knowledge on International trade laws, International Business, Banking and Process engineering.

He has been pivotal in building long lasting relations with customers and setting up major contracts with the same. He has also been awarded by numerous agencies for his effective management skills & sales initiatives and has spearheaded the Growth Initiative at the Group, resulting in a 50% increase per annum in the Group’s overall performance.

Mr. Chittal Shah is an integral member of the following associations.

Mr. Shreepal Shah (Director- Real Estate & Building Material Division)

With an MBA degree from Monash University, Australia and a Diploma in Project Management from the Indian Institute of Management – Ahemdabad under his belt, Mr Shreepal Shah has blazed through the organization implementing radical and innovative initiatives. He has been steadily racking up tremendous experience in the infrastructure sector since 2005. With expert know – how on performing analysis and a specialization in International Business and Mergers & Acquisition he is all poised to take the Group to the newer heights.

He is credited with creating the Building Material division at Mahalaxmi Group and is currently heading it. He is also leading the Business Development arm of the Group and has created proficient Marketing Research Teams and has spearheaded ground-breaking campaigns.

Mr. Shreepal Shah is also deeply committed and involved with the following associations and causes.
